DESCRIPTION:Salsachata is back and we have a treat for all of you. Step into our new studios just off whyte avenue and 99 st and come take our beginner lesson or just come dance! Our motto is ” Great date night and even better for singles!” and so this welcomes absolute beginners as well as current students and dance community dancers! In addition\, you will enjoy performances by our Salsa and Bachata teams! The lesson starts at 8:30pm and the performances start at 10pm! We also will have 2 rooms to play with a dedicated Salsa room with occasional Cha-chas and a Bachata room with occasional Merengues. The 2 rooms will open up at 10:10pm and prior we will have one room play both genres. DESCRIPTION:ETOWN SALSA presents its 18th annual BAILEMOS night to be held at the Muttart Theatre located in the basement of the Edmonton Public Library Downtown on Friday June 5\, 2026.\n\nEvery year\, ETOWN SALSA puts on a Latin dance showcase presenting not only Latin dance but also in the past has presented Hiphop\, Belly Dance\, Kpop\, Breakdance\, and many more dances from the world.\n\nThis year we have already confirmed dance schools such as EDC\, Shane & Avideh\, and Casa Tango\, to be our guest dance groups to present a number or 2 at this years Bailemos Gala Night.\n\nIf you know of someone that has a great dance routine and would like to be part of this years show\, send them our way and we can definitely take new routines in consideration. We have a 2 hour show to display Edmonton’s best!\nBailemos 2026! A Latin dance super show!
