Salsachata Mar 28 – performances

ETOWN SALSA Studios (off Whyte & 99st) 10012-79 ave nw, Edmonton, AB, Canada

Salsachata is back and we have a treat for all of you.  Step into our new studios just off whyte avenue and 99 st and come take our beginner lesson or just come dance!  Our motto is " Great date night and even better for singles!" and so this welcomes absolute beginners as well as current students and dance community dancers!   In addition, you will enjoy performances by our Salsa and Bachata teams! The lesson starts at 8:30pm and the performances start at 10pm!  We also will have 2 rooms to play with a dedicated Salsa room with occasional Cha-chas and a Bachata room with occasional Merengues. The 2 rooms will open up at 10:10pm and prior we will have one room play both genres. For parking map, click here:   Agenda for the night Doors open @ 8:00pm Salsa or Bachata or chacha or mambo lesson @ 8:30pm by Maestro Alejandro Rojas Social Dance @ 9:30pm until 12:30am PERFORMANCES at 10pm and then both rooms open for dance at 10:15pm til close.

Its spring time and its time to dance at the Square once again outdoors. Every Wednesday will feature a different lesson and its FREE! Thanks in major part to the Edmonton Arts Council for presenting this event in part with ETOWN SALSA. We have 8 weeks lined up for this spring with a level 1 @6pm and level 1.5 lesson @6:30pm and a social dance from 7-8pm. We have also a special live band night on our finale night June 24 with a LIVE LATIN BAND RUMBA CALIENTE and special time from 6-9pm with a * Level 1 Lesson in Mambo @6-6:30pm, * Live Latin Band @6:30pm -7:30pm, * Level 1.5 lesson in Mambo @7:30-8pm, * Live Latin Band 8-9pm to finish the night.
